Every student across the classes you teach, in one searchable list.

Finding a student

Three ways to narrow the list, and they combine:

• Class — one of your classes, or all of them
• Status — filter by how the student is doing
• Search — by the student's name or their parent's name

Searching by parent matters at the start of term, when you know the family and not yet the child.

Opening a student takes you to their profile.

Student profile

The profile gathers one student in one place: their class, their performance across subjects, their study activity, and any behaviour notes logged about them.

From the profile you can write a report for that student, or message their parents — which opens a bulletin addressed to them, rather than a separate inbox. See Class Bulletins.

What you see	What it means
No students	You have no classes, or the classes have no members
Results vanish as you type	The search matches nothing — clear it to see the full list again

A note on what you can change

This is a read view of enrolment. You cannot add, remove or transfer a student here — that's the school admin's job.
