Timetable

The school's class timetable. Principals share this screen with School Admin, so a change made here is the same change an admin sees.

The grid

Each class has a week of periods: subject, teacher and room, by day. It is the reference for cover decisions — when a teacher is away, this is where you see which classes need someone.

Reading it alongside attendance

The two screens are meant to be used together. Attendance shows who is away today; this shows what they were due to teach. Cover needed today, on the attendance screen, is that join made for you.

Empty states

• No classes yet — the school has no classes created, so there is nothing to schedule.
• Nothing scheduled — the class exists but the week is blank.

Note

Editing the timetable is a School Admin responsibility. If a period is wrong, the admin can correct it in the same screen; nothing here is principal-only.
