Signing in

Parents sign in at their own address, separate from the teacher, principal, and admin consoles.

Steps

1. Open asailearning.com/school/parents/login.
2. Enter the email address the school registered for you.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select Sign in.

You land on Home.

First sign-in

Your school creates the account and sends you a password. If you were given a temporary password, change it after signing in.

Forgotten password

There is no self-service reset on the parents console. Contact the school office and ask them to reset it — they manage parent accounts from the School Admin console.

Common problems

• "Invalid email or password" — check for a stray space, and confirm the school has your correct address. A parent invitation sent to an old address won't work.
• Signed in but no children show — your account exists but isn't linked to a student record yet. Ask the school office to link it; you can't do this yourself.
• Wrong console — if your account is also a staff account, sign in at the console that matches your role. Each console has its own sign-in page.
