Home

The first screen after signing in. It answers one question: how is my child doing right now?

Top of the screen

A greeting with your name and the date.

Below it, four tiles give the headline numbers across all your children:

  • My children — how many children are linked to your account.
  • Overall attendance — the combined attendance figure.
  • Behavioural — notes recorded by teachers, if any.
  • Upcoming events — how many school events are coming up.

Each tile is a shortcut: selecting it opens the matching page.

My children

One row per child, showing their attendance figure and any behaviour note, with a link through to that child.

Select a child to open their profile.

Attendance overview

Present, Late, and Absent counts for the selected child, with a link into the full breakdown. If the school hasn't marked any days yet, the card says so rather than showing zeros.

Recent academic updates

The latest marks, shown with ASAI's own grading words — Excellent, Good work, Needs some practice, Needs support — rather than raw percentages alone. If there are no results yet, the card reads No results yet.

Select Details on an update to see the subject and topic it came from.

Recent announcements

The newest notices from the school office and your child's class, each with a Full link to the whole message. The empty state is No announcements yet.

Calendar and important dates

A small month view with the next events listed beside it — exams, meetings, holidays. Select Important dates to open the School Calendar.

Shortcuts to the four things parents open most: Academic progress, Children's reports, Class assignments, and Class timetables.

Contact the school

The school's contact details, as entered by the school office. ASAI doesn't hold a separate messaging inbox for parents — if the details are wrong, ask the office to correct them.
