Class Directory ​

Every class you teach, with the numbers that matter for each one.

The list ​

One row per class. Opening a row takes you to the class itself.

Export downloads the list as a CSV file, which opens directly in a spreadsheet.

The class screen ​

Opening a class gives you the class at a glance, with three actions:

  • Class list — the roster: every student in the class.
  • Message — opens a bulletin addressed to that class's students and parents.
  • Write a report — opens the report builder for the class.

From the class you can also reach the calendar and the curriculum plan for that class.

Class list (roster) ​

The roster lists the students in the class. Opening a student takes you to their profile.

Students appear here because they're enrolled in the class. You cannot add or remove a student from this screen — enrolment is managed by the school admin, and students join through a class invite.

Nothing to show? ​

No classes yet means you have the teacher role but no class assigned. Your school admin assigns classes; you cannot claim one.
