Signing in

Principals sign in at their own address, separate from the student app and from the other consoles:

/school/principal/login

Use the school account you were given. It is tied to one school — there is no school switcher, because a principal belongs to the school they lead.

If you land somewhere unexpected

The account's role decides which console opens. Three outcomes are worth recognising:

• You reach the principal console. The account is set to Leadership.
• You reach School Admin instead. The account is set to Admin. Both consoles share much of the same data; an admin account that also needs leadership screens has to be changed to Leadership in the roster.
• You reach a page that says the account has no portal. That is a school staff account (bursar, librarian, secretary). Staff accounts exist so the school can record them, but they have no console of their own yet.

Sign-in problems on this screen are usually account-side, not password-side. If a password reset still lands you on the wrong console, the role is wrong — ask the school admin to check the Staff Roster.
