Curriculum & Lesson Plans
Your planning area: the term's curriculum on one side, the lessons you write against it on the other.
The week view
Opens on the current week. You can move to another week, or jump to a particular date.
Each lesson in the week shows what it covers, so you can see at a glance which days are planned and which are still open.
Writing a lesson plan
New opens the lesson editor. A plan is tied to a class and to a topic from that class's curriculum.
Once saved, the plan appears in the week and can be reopened and edited at any time.
How a plan is found again
Each plan has its own address — the week view, the plan itself, and the editor are three separate screens, so you can bookmark a plan or send a colleague the link to a particular week.
Curriculum
The curriculum list is what lessons are planned against. It's set per class, by your school admin — if a class shows no curriculum, lessons can't be attached to a topic until one is assigned.
Empty states
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| An empty week | No lessons planned for those days yet |
| No curriculum | The class has none attached; ask your admin |
| No classes | You aren't assigned to a class yet |
