Teachers & staff

Two lists on one screen: the teachers who run classes in Asai, and everyone else on the staff roster.

Teachers

Each teacher card carries three numbers:

• Sessions/wk — live teaching sessions hosted this week (Monday to Sunday).
• Classes — the classrooms they run in Asai.
• Assessments — classroom exams and homework they have set.

Those three together are the simplest read on who is actually using the platform. A teacher with classes but no sessions and no assessments has an account that isn't being used.

Support staff

Below the teachers sits the rest of the staff roster — bursars, librarians, secretaries. They appear here so leadership can see the whole team, but they have no console of their own: a staff account exists to be recorded, not to log in to a portal.

If the section reads No other staff accounts yet, none have been added in School Admin → Staff Roster.

Staff attendance

The same sign-in measure used for students, applied to adults. A teacher absent for several days is worth following up — either they are away, or their account has stopped working.

Empty and error states

• No teachers yet — no teacher has been assigned to a class.
• No other staff accounts yet — the support-staff roster is empty.
• Couldn't load teachers — the request failed; refresh to retry.

The teacher profile page opens a Coming soon screen. For now the card figures are the summary; per-teacher detail lives in School Admin → Staff Roster and in each class.
