Journey
Journey turns a chapter into a day-by-day roadmap — a checklist that ticks off as you learn.
Where to find it
Click Journey in the left sidebar, or go to /journey.
What you see when there's no roadmap yet
A card that says No Accounting roadmap yet (the subject name changes to whatever you last studied), with this explanation:
Set your curriculum, subject and chapter with Asai, and it'll build a personalised day-by-day roadmap to get you there.
Below it is the button that starts everything: Create my roadmap.
Building one
Create my roadmap opens Configure Journey Target, a dialog with five numbered fields:
- 1. SELECT CURRICULUM — the programme you're studying.
- 2. SELECT SUBJECT — which subject within it, so the next field can list its chapters.
- 3. SELECT CHAPTER — the dropdown starts at Select a chapter.... This is the one that decides what the roadmap covers; the roadmap is built for a single chapter, not a whole subject.
- 4. JOURNEY DATES — a duration chip defaulting to 7 days, a start date defaulting to today (
21/10/2026), and an end date calculated from the two (27/10/2026for a week starting on the 21st). - Focus on my weak topics — a toggle. When on, it weights the plan toward what your quizzes, flashcards and lessons show you're weakest on right now. Then Generate Journey, or Cancel.
After you generate
The dialog closes and the roadmap replaces the empty card. A generated roadmap is a list of days, each with the topics and study activities for that day, which you tick off as you complete them.
INFO
The empty state and the dialog were captured from the running app. The generated roadmap view has not been walked yet, so this page deliberately doesn't describe its buttons or layout in detail.
Tips
- Build one roadmap per chapter rather than one for a whole subject — the plan is much more specific.
- Rebuild the roadmap if you fall more than a couple of days behind; the dates are fixed when you generate, so a stale roadmap starts showing overdue days.
