- The ASAI app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and your account secure.
- If we ever add anything optional, it stays off until you agree, and this page will list it.
2. What this website stores
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as session storage, work the same way. This is the full list for asailearning.com:

When you apply for the school pilot, your answers are sent straight to our team. That form doesn't set a cookie.
3. Types of cookies
- Essential Always on
- Needed for the service to work and stay secure: signing in, keeping your session open and blocking abusive traffic. They can't be switched off, and they're never used for advertising.
- Preferences Always on
- Remember choices you make, such as light or dark mode, so you don't have to set them again. They hold no personal details.
- Analytics Off until you agree
- Would tell us which pages are useful and where things break, using counts rather than identities. We don't use any today. If we add them, we'll ask first and nothing loads unless you say yes.
- Advertising Not used
- We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell data about you or your child.
4. In the ASAI app
Once you sign in to the ASAI app, essential cookies keep your session open, protect your account and stop other people acting as you. The app also remembers preferences such as your theme and the curriculum you're studying, so your study plan opens where you left off.
These are needed for the app to work, so they can't be turned off while you're signed in.
5. Other services on our pages
Some files on our pages come from trusted providers: our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and the service that holds our images and blog posts (Sanity). Like any web request, these receive basic technical details such as your IP address so they can deliver the file. We don't use them to track you.
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to those services, where their own cookie policies apply.
6. Your choices
- Optional cookies: if we add any, a banner will ask you first, and you can change your answer at any time.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works without them, but the ASAI app needs its essential cookies to keep you signed in.
- Your theme choice: it's cleared when you close the tab, or straight away if you switch back to your device's setting.
7. Changes to this policy
When what we store changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If we add a new kind of cookie, we ask for your agreement before using it.
