These Terms govern your access to ASAI during the Pre-Beta program.
By using ASAI you agree to the responsibilities outlined below. Our goal is to keep students safe, schools compliant, and feedback loops fast.
1. Eligibility
ASAI Pre-Beta access is invite-only. To participate you must:
- Be a registered institution, educator, or invited student.
- Sign a mutual NDA and data processing addendum.
- Provide feedback at least twice per month.
2. Acceptable product usage
- Use ASAI for educational purposes only; no commercial resale.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or probe the underlying models.
- Respect student privacy—only upload content you are authorized to share.
- Report bugs, failures, or questionable outputs within 24 hours.
3. Intellectual property & licensing
ASAI retains ownership of all platform IP, including curriculum graphs, algorithms, and generated lesson structures.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using ASAI you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content for the sole purpose of delivering learning experiences.
4. Service levels & termination
- We provide a 99% uptime target during pre-beta; maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance.
- We may suspend accounts for misuse, security risks, or policy violations.
- You may request termination at any time; data extraction support is provided within 15 business days.
